I’m currently a Data Science and Research Fellow at McKinsey & Company, working with the People & Organizational Performance (POP) team on AI-driven workforce transformation. My work focuses on building LLM-powered agents, chat-based analytics tools, and end-to-end AI systems that support real organizational and talent decisions.

My background spans financial services, manufacturing R&D, and consulting. Across these settings, I’ve built production AI pipelines, decision-support agents, and analytics platforms, with a focus on automating low-value work and augmenting human judgment rather than replacing it - often through interactive workflows, natural-language interfaces, and decision-focused visualizations.
